Overview
The footprint of the commercial space is fairly intimate and it has treatment rooms branching off of one main reception area. The client wanted the space to be feminine and elegant without being fussy. Most importantly was the need to provide space to display product for sale outside of the three treatment rooms, as well as provide ample storage to keep the space from feeling cluttered.

The collective concept with this massive renovation was to modernize the existing house. The structure, though dated, had noteworthy lines and a substantial presence on the street already boasting one of the largest properties in all of Redondo Beach.
