Overview
A young, vibrant and beautiful family wished to revitalize an already spectacular home. They thankfully wished to keep the integrity of the home while transforming other areas to a more transitional appeal so it could function and be comfortable for their young family. The home was originally owned by the King of Swing, Benny Goodman! The main stair and other areas throughout the house had original Malibu tile.

DC Phoenix Room
How fortunate I was to participate in the National Symphony Orchestra Designer Showcase House in Washington, D.C. The mansion selected for decoration was built in 1907 in the historic and elegant Kalorama section of Washington, D.C.
